15 Carraig Ridge is 1.87 acres, sloping to the south-west from an elevation of 1,358 metres to 1,342 metres and the base along which runs a walking trail. 15 Carriag Ridge is designated for a Cliff Retreat, which can be up to three stories and 3,200 square feet. The site is defined by an exposed sandstone ridge covered in lichens. Views to the south-west include Ghost Lake, the Bow Valley and the mountains of Kananaskis while to the north-west the mountains of Banff National Park dominate. At the south-west edge of the lot is a walking path extending north and south through Carraig Ridge.
